Digital Delivery Policy

Each OptionScience purchase grants personal, non-transferable access to the protected report viewer for the specific educational research product purchased, tied to your OptionScience account.

Access is delivered digitally and instantly after Razorpay confirms payment. No physical goods are shipped. There is no email attachment — the protected viewer is always served from your My Research dashboard after sign-in.

Typical delivery: under 1 minute from successful payment. In rare cases, payment verification (signature + status) can take up to 15 minutes if the bank or UPI provider is slow. Once verified, the report becomes available immediately.

Access is for personal educational study only. You may not redistribute, resell, mirror, publicly broadcast, or share the contents of the protected report viewer. Screenshots, PDFs, and excerpts must not be republished without written permission.

If a report does not unlock within 15 minutes after a successful payment, contact support@optionscience.com with your order ID. Refer to our Refund Policy for resolution paths including refund eligibility.

Because access is tied to your account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Sharing credentials may result in suspension. OptionScience cannot grant access if you used a different email or signed in via a different identity provider.

From time to time, OptionScience may issue revisions to a published research product (clarifications, additional charts, corrected typos). If you have an active purchase, the updated version is automatically available in the protected viewer at no extra cost.
